🦋 Butterfly Notebook Workshop 🦋

A hand holds a large, realistic paper butterfly painted orange, black, and white—its delicate wings glowing like a Queen by Moonlight—against a background of sunlit green leaves.

A Handmade Notebook

With one of the most beautiful botanic gardens serving as a backdrop, this workshop in Malahide Castle and Gardens involves notebook making and responding to the garden and the plant life within.

Children will have the opportunity to learn about the decorative arts of the castle that is inspired by nature, and engage with the flora and fauna that can be found in the grounds.

A hands-on, immersive workshop that is kicked off with a short tour of the Castle and followed by a visit to the Gardens and Butterfly House, children are encouraged to utilise their creativity, imagination and curiosity to learn and engage.
