Terms & Conditions

Reference Policy Details:

  • Non-Refundable: Tour and attraction tickets are strictly sold as non-refundable.
  • 48-Hour Window: Any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
  • Transferability: While non-refundable, tickets are transferable to friends or family (no commercial resale).
  • Late Arrival: Entry is at the discretion of the event coordinator if arriving after the start time.

 

Castle Tickets

Malahide Castle and Gardens tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.

  • Non-Refundable: Tour and attraction tickets are strictly sold as non-refundable.
  • 48-Hour Window: Any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. After this window, amendments are not accepted.
  • Annual Passes: Membership cards and annual passes have no monetary value and are also non-refundable once issued.

Exceptions:

  • Closure by Venue: If the venue has to close or cancel an event due to safety or maintenance, they will generally offer an alternative date or, at their discretion, a refund.
  • Statutory Rights: These policies do not affect your basic statutory rights as a consumer.

Entry and Validity

  • Verification: Tickets must be presented (either printed or on a mobile device) upon arrival.
  • Transferability: While non-refundable, tickets are transferable to friends or family. However, they may not be resold for commercial gain.
  • Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the event start time. Late entry is at the discretion of the event coordinator and is not guaranteed.
